We are very, very happy with how TankNET worked for us this year. Having so much more control over fermentation temperatures certainly had a positive impact on wine quality

Software Features

Winery Navigation and Dynamic Cellar Maps

TankNET® Professional presents a birds-eye view of your entire winery through custom navigation and detailed cellar maps. This provides users familiar and intuitive access to all monitored and controlled equipment in each area of the winery.

Animated icons automatically update to display current fermentation data, cellar room conditions, and the status of critical refrigeration equipment.

TankNET® Groups

With TankNET® Professional users can create unlimited personal and global groups. This provides winemaking teams quick access to tanks and equipment by cellar or area of responsibility.

TankNET® Groups are displayed in personalized, sortable, color coded tables, which can be filtered by various criteria. Filters and column sets can be saved and recalled for easy reporting. This also allows winemakers to quickly view tanks according to lot status, volume (full or empty), varietal, alarm state, or control status and mode.

Tank Control Panel

The TankNET® control panel allows authorized users to modify controller settings. An animated tank icon displays cooling and/or heating status, pumpover activity, current fill level and alarm status.

Individual tabs provides access to advanced controller settings, alarm configuration, event schedules and blend notes. A link is also provided for quick access to the fermentation graph for the selected tank.

Fermentation Graphs

TankNET® Professional presents real-time and historical fermentation data in easy-to-use graphs, which allow users to select what colors and data to plot. X-Y axis scaling automatically adjusts to any data set while manual scaling allows winemakers to zoom in on specific areas of the graph for more in depth analysis.

Pumpover events and brix measurements are recorded when entered at the tank or through the web interface while temperatures, set points and valve states are automatically recorded by TankNET® Professional. Brix measurements can also be automatically tracked using the TankNET® Brix Probe

Full Auditing Capabilities

Winemakers can keep track of all changes made on the TankNET® Professional system. Any updates to tank settings made either at the controller or through the web software are recorded.
